Rome With Me is a small business run by a full-time mom so we will do our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped.
Please allow one week for all Canadian shipments and up to 2 weeks for international shipments. All shipping prices are based on Canada Post rates, therefore we can only estimate pricing.
Rome With Me will allow up to 30 days for a return on any unwashed or unworn items returned in their original condition. You will need to send us an email with the details regarding your return and we will issue you a printable return label if you meet the requirements.
If there is a defect in your item please let us know via email at romewmbaby@gmail.com along with photos showing the defect/s and we will be happy to send you a new item or refund once it has been returned to us. The shipping costs will be covered by us for a defected item.
Bought the wrong size? No problem!
We will allow up to 14 days from when you receive your item for an exchange. Please send us an email with your order number letting us know what size you would like to exchange it for. We will send you the exchange if we have it available in stock and once the item has been returned to us, unwashed or unworn, in its original condition. If we do not have the size in stock, we can issue you a refund once the item has been returned to us, or if you don't mind a little wait time, we would be happy to send you the correct size when it has been restocked. The shipping cost will NOT be covered by us for exchanges.
